By shopping with Savage Auto Sports Inc.(SAS) you agree
to the following terms of sale as stated on this page.
Please read the following terms thoroughly and completely.
-All New York State customers must pay 8.625% sales tax on all transactions.
-All items are not picked up or shipped before payment is received in full.
-SAS does not express or imply any warranty on any product. Manufacturer warranties are
the responsibility of the customer and can only be honored by the manufacturer.
-SAS is not responsible for stripped studs or lugs. It is the responsibility of the customer to
ensure that all studs/lugs are inspected prior to removal by SAS, and it is the responsibility
of the customer to ensure that all studs/lugs are in acceptable condition prior to an
installation appointment.
-SAS is not responsible for items left in a car during an appointment, nor is SAS responsible
for items left after 15 days.
-All engine modification parts are for off-road use only unless otherwise noted by the
manufacturer.
-It is the customers responsibility to check automotive warranty policies prior to purchase or
installation of an aftermarket part. Although the part may not be harmful to your car, it may
void your warranty. Please visit http://www.ftc.gov for more information regarding vehicle
warranties.
-SAS offers a store credit only on all returns up to 15 days, subject to approval. All items
must be unused and in the original, undamaged packaging in order to be eligible for a full
credit or exchange.
-Internal engine parts, mounted wheels, bulbs, and electrical items carry no warranty
coverage. It is the customers responsibility to inspect all items at the time of pickup. The
customer assumes all costs and risks associated with these items.
-There is no warranty on pitting wheels. It is the customers responsibility to maintain and if
necessary remove wheels during the winter months to prevent corrosion.
-Tire warranties are through the manufacturer only.
-There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned or cancelled merchandise to cover
manufacturer fees, handling fees, and freight incurred in the return process. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
-Delivery dates are estimates only. SAS is not responsible for manufacturer or distributor
setbacks under any circumstances. Although most orders are placed the day purchases are
made, items may not ship out until several days later, regardless of what we are notified of
or promised. Orders cannot be refused after they are placed, and cancellations are subject
to the 20% restocking fee regardless of whether they have arrived yet or not.
-Expedited shipping services do not guarantee the product will be shipped on a certain date.
-Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, SAS Gift Cards, CareCare One, and
Cash. No personal checks are accepted under any
circumstances. Company checks subject to approval.
-All special orders that are tailored to a customer's special needs must paid in full at the time
of purchase. A 50% deposit is required for all wheel orders.
-Customers are responsible for the correctness of personal information given at the time of
sale (Car Make, Model, Year, ect.). Items are ordered for the vehicles as stated on the
customers receipt. We are not responsible for typographical mistakes; what you see is what
you get. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up on any mistakes made on their
part.
-Financing through CarCare One is through GE Credit Services, which is not affiliated with
SAS. Credit approval and transactions are at the discretion of GE Credit Servies. Additional
charges are incurred in transactions paid with long term interest free financing through
CarCare One, and are explained at the time of the transaction.
-No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse,
negligence, or mishandling.
